Check Device Compatibility

1. Check for EID - eSIM Support

On your phone's dial pad, enter the following code

*#06#

If an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM.

If no EID is shown, your device is not compatible with eSIM.

2. Carrier Lock - Must be Unlocked

Some carrier-branded devices may be SIM-locked and not eligible for eSIM activation.

Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM.

(eSIMs cannot be installed on locked devices, and such cases are not eligible for a refund.)

Must be activated within 90 days of purchase

How to Use

1. QR Code Installation (Recommended)

  • Connect to Wi-Fi
  • Go to Settings > Mobile Data (or Cellular) > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code
  • Activate profile and start using

2. Manual Installation

  • iPhone: Setting > Cellular > Add eSIM > Enter details manually
  • Android: Setting > Network ＆ Internet > Mobile Network > Add eSIM > Enter activation code

->Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided after purchase

3. Final Step - Enable Data Roaming ＆ Set eSIM as Primary

  • iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Select eSIM > Enable Data Roaming → Then go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > Select your eSIM
  • Android: Settings > Mobile Network > Select eSIM > Enable Data Roaming → Then set eSIM as Preferred SIM for mobile data

Precautions

  • Carrier-locked devices are not supported
  • Devices without EID are not compatible
  • eSIM can only installed once on a single device
  • Refunds are subject to the policy
  • These are data-only plans; voice calls and SMS are not supported
